In 1994, Robert Holt left a successful business and “hit the streets” with a vision to reach and rescue a generation of kids involved in or at-risk for involvement in gangs, drugs, and cults. Since that time, he has trained more than 3,000 health care professionals, law enforcement officers, school teachers and counselors, foster parents, social service workers, churches, and civic groups in identifying and intervening in the lives of these at-risk youth. He is a highly sought after motivational speaker, appearing before over 700,000 children, youth and adults to date through school assemblies and training conferences.

They say dynamite comes in small packages and Diane proves that to be true. She is a ball of energy when it comes to making sure her students get on the right track. Her ideas and creative teaching have helped to make a positive change in one high school that no one else wanted to take on. In the last 2 years, she has become a second mom to hundreds of youth, and has seen students who did not expect to graduate high school, going on to college.
In-School Suspension Instructor/After School Specialist
Can you say "Big Heart"? Jeremy has a family and is finishing college while still giving his time to help those who are younger than he is. His gifts of drama, communication and dance give him the opportunity to reach the students he works with in real ways. The one thing we need in our schools are young men who are willing to come back and give back. His "can do" attitude gives younger students hope that they can make it in life, despite all the negative influences that may surround them.
Director of "GENESIS"
Jessica has worked with L.O.V.E. for 9 years and has been a strong mentor for hundreds of youth. She is full of life and gifted in many areas to create a positive environment for youth to learn and grow in. She has a degree in Secondary Education and is pursuing her Masters. She takes students who have had a difficult life and teaches them how to overcome their anger and negative behavior issues. She creates an atmosphere of love for students who might not have that at home, and she models for them positive behavior in negative situations.
In-School Suspension Instructor/After School Specialist
Kelvey put the "preach" in preacher. He has been with L.O.V.E. for 12 years. He was one of the first L.O.V.E. Team Members, and has mentored hundreds of students. He has a degree in Business Management and he pastors a church in his community. He knows that actions speak louder than words. His students respect his honesty and his ability to capture their attention through his own stories of overcoming difficult life issues. He truly understands life on the streets, and he brings a fresh perspective on taking negative life issues and turning them into learning experiences and opportunities for change.
After School Recreation Director/Support Group Coordinator
We call him "Speedy." Zach has been with L.O.V.E. for 5 years, and has given of himself unselfishly. Like Jeremy, he has a family and attends College, while also mentoring youth at our outreach center. Zach's sense of humor keeps the attention of his groups and classrooms. He has extensive knowledge of gangs, and knows that every person has opportunities for success. With the discipline and attitude he gained in High School football, he is a strong role model for our youth.
